Because of the time and resources dedicated to each project, refunds are not available once work has begun. However, we understand that every situation is different—refunds or cancellations may be considered on a term-by-term basis. If you choose to cancel early, the remaining balance on the 1-year contract is typically still due. After the first year, you're free to continue month-to-month or take your fully-owned website wherever you like.
